1. General
- Samyak Naturals is an Indian brand offering premium personal care products.
- All transactions made on our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable Indian laws.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Payments
- We accept secure online payments through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
- All prices displayed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes as per Shiprocket’s serviceability. Additional COD charges may apply.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via our logistics partner Shiprocket.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and courier service availability.
- Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors (festivals, strikes, weather, etc.).
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of our products (personal care & fragrances), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
- All payments are final and non-refundable except in the following rare cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product damaged during transit.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product delivered.
- For such cases, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [support@samyaknaturals.com] with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details (name, address, phone number, pincode).
- Samyak Naturals will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Samyak Naturals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, courier delays, or payment gateway issues.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
