Providing Accurate Shipping Information

However, the accuracy of the delivery process depends greatly on the information provided by you at the time of placing your order. It is therefore the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details entered are complete, correct, and up to date.
The following information must be accurately provided at checkout:
- Full Name — Please enter your complete name or the name of the recipient, exactly as it should appear on the delivery label.
- Delivery Address — Include your house/flat number, building name, street name, locality, landmark (if any), city, and state to help the courier locate your address without difficulty.
- Phone Number — A valid and reachable contact number is essential, as courier partners may need to call you to confirm your location or coordinate delivery.
- Pincode — An incorrect pincode can redirect your package to the wrong area or cause it to be undeliverable. Please double-check this before confirming your order.
Consequences of Incorrect Information
Once an order is placed and dispatched, we have limited ability to make changes to the shipping details. If a delivery fails or is returned due to any of the following reasons, Samyak Naturals will not be held responsible:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Wrong or unreachable phone number
- Incorrect pincode leading to misrouting of the package
- Failure to receive the package despite multiple delivery attempts
- Unattended delivery location or refusal to accept the package
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be resent, and no refund will be issued for the original order.
