Welcome to Samyak Naturals. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. General

  • Samyak Naturals is an Indian brand offering premium personal care products.
  • All transactions made on our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable Indian laws.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments

  • We accept secure online payments through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • All prices displayed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes as per Shiprocket’s serviceability. Additional COD charges may apply.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via our logistics partner Shiprocket.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location and courier service availability.

  • Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors (festivals, strikes, weather, etc.).
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care & fragrances), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable except in the following rare cases:
    • Wrong product delivered.
    • Product damaged during transit.
    • Manufacturing defect.

  • For such cases, customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [support@samyaknaturals.com] with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • Order cancellations are only allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details (name, address, phone number, pincode).

  • Samyak Naturals will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Samyak Naturals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, courier delays, or payment gateway issues.

  • All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
