Are your perfumes alcohol-free?

Yes. Every Samyak Naturals solid perfume is 100% alcohol-free and made with skin-friendly, natural ingredients.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹899.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered. Exceptions are made for a wrong item received, transit damage, or a manufacturing defect — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos to samyaknaturals@gmail.com. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled or refunded.
