Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products — which include personal care items and fragrances — we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered to you. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality assurance of every product we sell.
All Payments Are Final
We maintain a strict no-refund policy as a general rule. Once a purchase is made, the payment is considered final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to making things right in the following exceptional situations:
- Wrong product delivered — You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Product damaged during transit — The product arrived in a broken, leaked, or unusable condition due to mishandling during shipping.
- Manufacturing defect — The product has a verifiable defect that occurred during the manufacturing process.
How to Raise a Complaint
If your situation falls under any of the above categories, please act quickly. You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us at support@samyaknaturals.com. Your complaint must include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos and/or videos as proof of the problem
Complaints raised after the 48-hour window or without adequate proof will unfortunately not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing
Once your complaint is received and reviewed, our team will assess your case. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days. Please note that approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted, and no refund will be issued on that basis.
